The Role

· Community based Occupational Therapy across NDIS and aged care

· Manage a varied caseload across the lifespan

· Build referral pathways and grow the OT service

· Work autonomously with strong clinical and administrative support

· Opportunity to step into a leadership role as the service expands

· No billable hour targets

About You

· AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist

· 2+ years of experience preferred

· Confident working independently

· Relationship builder who enjoys developing networks

· Passionate about delivering high quality community care
